Transferring A Sandals or Beaches Resorts Booking To Us
Sandals allows guests to add us as the specialist on file for their reservations as long as the booking isn't paid in full and has been booked within the past 30 days.
If your booking does not qualify, feel free to reach out to us anyway. Policies change and may not be updated here yet, so it's always worth a try. Or join our Facebook Deals Group and keep in touch for help with your next trip.

If your booking does qualify, don't delay! We've made it easy by providing you with a link below that will open in your email and has everything pre-filled for you. All you'll need to do is fill in your booking information in the blank spaces and hit send. We'll receive a copy which will allow us to follow up if a response isn't received by Sandals within their turnaround time.

This form is exclusive to My Paradise Planner travel agency, with our unique code. Using this form will cause Sandals to transfer your booking to our agency ONLY.
Sandals Guests - If you are not working with or looking to work with one of the agents at My Paradise Planner travel agency - do not use this form. Make sure to consult with your current travel agent for the correct agency name and IATA code for their agency and remove our information and use their information only. Also do not CC info@myparadiseplanner.com in your email to Sandals in order to avoid confusion for Sandals and our agency. Warning: If you accidentally transfer a booking to our agency, it will be retained by our agency as Sandals does not allow booking transfers from one agency to another.
Travel agents/agency owners - if you plan to use this form as a template for your clients, please make sure to change our agency information for your own. Make sure to check on the TA portal or consult with your Sandals rep if you have questions. It is very important you and your clients follow these instructions as Sandals does not let bookings transfer between agencies. Warning: If it accidentally gets transfered to our agency, it will be retained by our agency because of this strict Sandals rule.
