On arrival, Club lounge guests are whisked away to the air conditioned lounge where they are offered a welcome drink such as rum punch or a glass of champagne, cold towels, and have access to fresh snacks and comfortable seating while they check-in.
On departure, Club guests will check-out while sitting in the comfort of the lounge and can enjoy snacks, drinks, televisions, and games while waiting for their transfers, should they choose to stay in the lounge and wait.

Personalized Experiences: Your butler will tailor your vacation experience to your preferences, including special requests and bespoke activities. The butler team will ensure your every wish is fulfilled. They'll even unpack your bags for you or press your first night's clothes on arrival.
Exclusive Access and Perks: Enjoy additional perks such as private in-room check-in with champagne and welcome treats, the best table locations reserved at restaurants, reservations made for all restaurants including ones that don't require them, and unique excursions just for butler level guests. Guests are also able to have their butlers reserve preferred lounge chairs on the beach or by the pool, and provide their guests with a cooler of drinks.
Priority Reservations: All reservations will be handled by your butler team. Upon arrival they will already have your dining reservations reserved for the week, and any pre-arrival requests will be taken care of based on the butler preference form you submit ahead of travel.
